Let’s back up to yesterday though for a sec.We did make it to total body conditioning at 9:15. We only saw one other girl there that was in our Thursday night strength class. Apparently we’re not the only crazies who love pain. Spent the rest of my Saturday taking an hour and a half nap, going to church, and watching movies with The Hus and mom.
My mom and I decided a yoga class and the hot tub would do us good considering how sore we were, so we branched out this morning and went to a 9:30 am Vinyasa Yoga class. And chased it with 15 minutes in the hot tub. Yoga felt really good and the 1:15 class flew by! My goal is to make yoga a staple in my weekly workout schedule.
My mind and body are so relaxed right now it’s not even funny. It’s a good thing I don’t have anything pressing to do today, so I turned it into a grilled cheese & tomato soup/watch Lifetime movies/eat chocolate/do laundry/take a nap day. And later this evening Phillipi, my mom, and I may do our Thanksgiving grocery shopping.
So what am I thankful for today? Cheese. Hot tubs. Yoga. Fleece pants. Blankets.
