My real cardio includes: kickboxing, spinning, strength classes, total body conditioning, yoga, and some swimming here and there.

I actually love a lot of other things too, but this is kinda getting ridiculous don’tcha think? I mean, for a “first date” anyhow…
My little blog world is dedicated to running, workouts, health, nutrition (as best as I can do!), and pretty much everything else about my little life. I’m on a mission to get healthier, stay healthy, and live life doctor free! 😉 Which is where running, nutrition, and laughter come into play…they are free medicine.
I have a hubby. I have a fur kid. I have a job. I have a roof over my pretty little head. I have food on my table. Clothes on my back. Gas in my car. My name written in The Book of Life. A gym membership. And lots of running shoes and clothes. I am beyond blessed.
I’m pretty much an open book, but I’ll attempt to reign it in when appropriate. 😉 I just don’t want my life to come across as something it is not, because I want to be someone that you can relate to in the midst of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Life happens and we’re all in this thing together after all. 😉
