Bean & Potato soup

Sauté 1 cup of chopped onions & 2 cloves of minced garlic in 2 TBS. of olive oil. Add 2 cups of diced potatoes, 2 cups of cooked beans (any kind(s) ) you prefer, and 8 cups of vegetable broth. Simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Season with basil and oregano.
