2 C. cooked garbanzo beans, mashed
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/4 C. whole wheat flour
salt and pepper
2 TBSP. olive oil
I mashed the beans in my ninja blender.
Then chopped the carrot, celery, and onion in the ninja.
Mix all ingredients together – except the oil. Form 5-6 patties. Fry in olive oil over medium-high heat until burgers are golden brown on each side.
I served these on whole wheat buns with spinach on top. They would be good with some guacamole on top as well!
