Pumpkin Crunch

1 package of yellow cake mix

1 16 oz. can of pumpkin

1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 1/2 C. Sugar

4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp. salt

1 C. chopped pecans

1 C. melted butter

 

Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Pour into 9×13 greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Top with pecans. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool completely.

Optional: serve with cool whip
